The Truby 406 is truly handy. Regardless of your intent for the property, the location is hard to beat. A great place to escape to, hunt, run a few cows, or build on, this property is tough to beat with two paved roads running along two fence lines. This property is worth the look. Most of the property has some slight slope, much of it slopes to the center where water can flow into surface tanks. The property has not been hunted a whole lot; however, there is a setup for deer hunting now. The wildlife are attracted to it's location on the edge of the pasture and wheat field. Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkeys, feral hogs, dove, and more cross or call the property home.
